MOSES signed an agreement for a one year extension
on July 9, 2007 with the Commonwealth’s Office of Employee Relations.
The membership ratified the extension on August 2, 2007.
Below is a summary of the agreement.
Summary
-
3% cost of living
increase
effective July 8, 2007.

Reclassification money to resolve
some of the inequities in the last contract (2003- 2006). Members
who received 0% in the last reclassification pool on 1/9/2005 will
receive 1.5% and those who received 1.0% will receive another 0.5%
beginning in October. See the attached list for clarification.

Stand-by pay will be increased to $17.50 per pay
period
beginning in October.

$1.00 increase to the Health and
Welfare Trust per full time equivalent beginning in October.

A second paid leave position for
the MOSES office
-
A change in
Article 10.5 that affects those who are required to work on holidays
they were not previously scheduled to work.
