Here is an email from Carol at STEM program. I really enjoyed it and will encourage other DEP folks to do it. Funniest moment is when one of the kids raised his hand and said that "one of my parents litters all the time. It's gross. " as if he wanted to turn him in... I responded that it is a bad habit and that it doesn't mean he's a bad person it's just a bad habit he should think about correcting. He responded back "Yeah, I told him it is wrong, but he just keeps doing it all the time..." What a nice kid.

Thanks to MOSES for connecting with this great program. They have some great materials - stickers, posters, and card game. I like the themes they emphasize, too. They are not afraid to tell the kids science and math is a great way to make a good salary. You can see the materials on their website.
